COVID Resource

We’re COVIDSafe

All KCC events will be COVID-safe and compliant with health regulations and up-to-date government requirements. Some things may look a little different to the usual, but it will still be just as wonderful an event as you are used to!

To promote COVID safety at our events, we will be introducing the below measures:

  • Increased hand washing and hand sanitisation stations.
  • Updated layout to enable increased physical distancing and air flow.
  • Physically distanced queuing systems.
  • Set ‘entry’ and ‘exit’ points for our auditorium and other venues onsite monitored by COVID Marshals.
  • Capped numbers of people at any one time in meeting and dining areas. These numbers will depend on NSW Government event guidelines in place at the time of the event and are subject to change.
  • Increased venue cleaning including pre-event, during and post event cleaning by hygiene officers with particular emphasis on high touch points.
