Kids Program Info

Our KEC Kids programs will be running every morning (please refer to the Site Map above for program locations)! Please click on the links below for information about each kids program.

Some general details:

All children will need their name tag to sign in. Please remember to bring this each day.
Your order confirmation email will be needed each day to check out your children. Please have this handy on your phone or print out.
Morning tea is provided at all kids programs. Please do not pack extra food for your child as some children are severely allergic to certain foods.
No siblings will be allowed to pick up children.
If your child has allergies or other medical conditions our leaders should be aware of, please ensure you have submitted a Health Care Plan. There is a link to this form in your order confirmation email.
If your child is feeling unwell, or exhibiting symptoms of general illness or COVID, we ask that you please keep them out of the kids programs until they are well again – or (in the case of COVID symptoms) a negative COVID-19 test result can be presented.

Afternoon Tour Options

Our friends at Fantastic Aussie Tours (who help us put on our free shuttle buses each year!) have put together some great tour options for KEC delegates to enjoy in your free time in the afternoons.

Choose from a one-hour sightseeing tour, a Blue Mountains Christian heritage tour, grab a Hop On Hop Off pass for their Blue Mountains Explorer bus to get around, and more!

We have been working hard to ensure that KEC is compliant with all COVID Safe requirements as directed by the NSW government. For further informtion and FAQs, please visit this page.

In attending the conference in-person, we ask that you please ensure that you and your family are free of COVID symptoms, have masks and sanitiser on your pack lists, and practice good hygiene when onsite. We recommend the wearing of face masks in situations where appropriate social distancing is not possible between your group and others.
