Here’s your friendly reminder that KEC 2024 ticket and accommodation bookings open tomorrow, Thursday 5th October at 10AM AEDT!

Most accommodation sites will be available to book (excluding CMS Ensuite*) from tomorrow. Accommodation spots sell out fast, and can only be booked over the phone. Call us on 1300 737 140 from 10AM AEDT to book your spots in! Click below to see the options and prices.

*Unfortunately, we are yet to confirm arrangements with CMS and therefore, we are unable to provide a booking date or final prices for this accommodation. We will send an email once we start accepting accommodations and open a new booking date for this site.

Easter Sunday Night Dinner

The Easter Sunday Night Dinner is back in 2024. Get the family together and enjoy a hot, catered dinner and fellowship with other attendees.

The Easter Sunday Night dinner is an optional, low-cost add-on to your registration. For attendees who book accommodation onsite at Hartley or Kedumba, this is included in your booking.

Changes to Children’s Programs

There will be no program for Tiny Tots (under 12 months) and Mini Mites (1-2 year olds) in 2024, due to limited demand for programs for this age group.

For parents with children under 2 years, we are pleased to be providing an updated Parents and Bubs facility. A small team will be available to assist with the play area so that you can enjoy the program, however we do note that parents will still be fully responsible for the care of their children in this facility.

Registrations are free of charge for children in this age group — please add this as a separate ticket to your cart.

Get FREE online access with Family Packages

Book your Family Package* by 31st December 2023 and get free online access added to your booking (normally $60 in value).

The online add-on will provide you with flexibility to access the online sessions between Good Friday 29th March and midnight Monday 1st April, so you can catch up on any sessions you miss during the weekend!

*This offer is only available to bookings that purchase Family Packages A, B or C. It does not apply to individual tickets.
