Our absolute priority is to provide a program that will continue to be a time of significant spiritual impact on families and allow KEC22 to be available to as many as possible, while remaining COVID-19 safe.

FAQs

Once you have bought your ticket to the event, you should receive a confirmation email with a receipt for your payment. Please check your spam or junk folders should you not receive this or contact us at info@kcc.org.au. We will then email you details on how to access the livestream event and other important updates for the day.

Behind the scenes on a hybrid event is a significant project in itself! Regardless of whether it is in-person or online, all our events need to factor in components such as production costs for program elements (such as videos), AV set up, recording venue hire, rehearsals, props, running websites, marketing, honoraria for our guest speakers and bands, merchant fees for ticketing, staff, travel, meals and thank yous for volunteers and committees, and the like.

All of these things go into the final, fantastic event you see on the day – and it is our constant prayer that God will use everything from the preaching and worship, to the testimonies and fellowship, to speak and impact you. We encourage you to consider the time set aside with your fellow brothers or sisters as an investment in your walk with God, your relationships, and in filling your own personal tank – so you can keep running, serving and loving the best you can!

Our Easter Convention Event Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies have changed. Please make sure you read them before booking in your KEC 2022 ticket and accommodation! Read on below for details on cancellation cut off dates.

Katoomba Easter Convention 2022
Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Attendees” refers to both in-person attendees and online viewers of an event.

All Attendees of KEC 2022 must be in possession of a paid ticket to the event. Any host or group ticketholders of the event agree to ensure that each member of their group in attendance, whether in-person or online, is also in possession of their own paid ticket to the event.

All Attendees agree that their ticket will not be shared for usage with any other person. Ticket transfers may be possible if requested with the KCC office prior to the event.

All Attendees agree that they will not record, reproduce or redistribute the event or any portion of it for internal or external use.

By purchasing a ticket to KEC 2022, Attendees understand and agree to these cancellation policies.

If purchasing a livestream KEC 2022 weekend ticket (Couch Potato), your ticket is non-refundable due to their digital format. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any difficulties accessing the event due to your connection or other device issues.

Cancellations for Early Bird or Night Owl KEC 2022 Tickets are non-refundable after Tuesday 1st March 2022. Any cancellation requests received by the cancellation cut-off date will be granted a choice of a 50% refund issued, or a transfer to a livestream ticket for the same event. Ticket transfers to other people for in-person events can be arranged if you request this to the KCC office via email.

We appreciate your understanding regarding the necessity of these policies. As a small, non-profit organisation with limited cash flow, we make plans and incur expenses based on the number of people we expect to attend our events. When these numbers change due to cancellations, our plans, budgets and ministry ability are all impacted.

By booking accommodation at StayKCC for KEC 2022, Attendees understand and agree to these cancellation policies.

All cancellations for KEC event accommodation are non-refundable after Tuesday 1st March 2022. Any cancellations requests received by the cancellation cut-off date will be granted a choice of a 50% refund issued, or a credit for 100% of the value of the booking for the next instance of the event (or future booking of your choice). Accommodation transfers to other people can be arranged if you request this to the KCC office via email.

We thank you in advance for your flexibility and understanding about the necessity of these cancellation policies. As a small not-for-profit ministry with limited financial reserves, KCC needs to be able to fully cover all the upfront expenses we incur when planning our conventions. These policies allow us to do that and so provide for the longevity of the KCC ministry.
