Onsite Options for KEC Delegates

Limited accommodation can be booked onsite for Easter Convention from Thursday evening to Monday. Fully catered dorms and ensuite accommodation are available, or camp just moments from the main auditorium. 

Onsite accommodation usually sells out quickly, so please call us on 1300 737 140 from 9:30am on Tues, 6 September 2022 to make your booking. Accommodation for KEC can only be booked over the phone. Prices below are per person, for 4 nights’ accommodation and all meals (where catered).

Any accommodation booking cancellations must be made in writing via email to KCC. All accommodation cancellations for KCC in-person events are non-refundable after the event cancellation cut-off date. Any accommodation cancellation requests received prior to or on Friday 24 February 2023 will be provided a refund according to the below schedule.

Registration (ticket) cancellations must be made in writing via email to KCC. All registration cancellations for KCC in-person events are non-refundable after the event cancellation cut-off date. Any ticket cancellation requests received prior to or on Friday, 24 February 2023 will be provided a choice of a 50% refund issued, or a transfer to a livestream ticket for the same event.  Ticket transfers to other people for in-person events can be arranged if you request this to the KCC office via email prior to the event.
