Onsite Options for KEC Delegates
Limited accommodation can be booked onsite for Easter Convention from Thursday evening to Monday. Fully catered dorms and ensuite accommodation are available, or camp just moments from the main auditorium.
Onsite accommodation usually sells out quickly, so please call us on 1300 737 140 from 10:00am on Thursday, 5 October 2023 to make your booking. Accommodation for KEC can only be booked over the phone. Prices below are per person, for 4 nights’ accommodation and meals (where catered).

Dorm-style ensuited accommodation, suitable for families of 4-6 people.
- Entry just before the Convention Centre, 20 Ficus Street, Katoomba.
- Ensuited rooms.
- Fully catered from Thursday night supper to Monday lunch.
- Includes Easter Sunday night dinner in the Plaza.
- Please bring a sleeping bag or bed linen.
- Check-in from 6PM on Thursday, check-out before Monday 9AM.
- Parking onsite at Hartley.

Kedumba
(dorms, common bathrooms, fully catered)
Dorm-style accommodation with bunks for up to 10 people.
- Entry just before the Convention Centre, 113 Cliff Drive, Katoomba.
- Internal common bathrooms.
- Fully catered from Thursday night supper to Monday lunch.
- Includes Easter Sunday night dinner in the Plaza.
- Please bring a sleeping bag or bed linen.
- Check-in from 6PM on Thursday, check-out before Monday 9AM.
- Limited parking — please park on the oval at the corner of Violet Street and Cliff Drive.

Bring your tents, campervans and gear to camp out on the StayKCC camping ground!
- Entry via Laurel Street off Cliff Drive Katoomba.
- BYO tent or campervan.
- Self-catered — BBQ onsite.
- Separate amenities blocks.
- Set up available from 3pm on Thursday.
- Parking onsite on campground. Any excess cars park on the oval at the corner of Violet Street and Cliff Drive.
This is a self-catered site. Please call the KCC office if you wish to add on catering or the Easter Sunday night dinner.

Any accommodation booking cancellations must be made in writing via email to KCC. All accommodation cancellations for KCC in-person events are non-refundable after the event cancellation cut-off date. Any accommodation cancellation requests received prior to or on Friday 16 February 2024 be provided a refund according to the schedule. Please read the fine print of our KCC Event Terms and Conditions before making any bookings.
Registration (ticket) cancellations must be made in writing via email to KCC. All registration cancellations for KCC in-person events are non-refundable after the event cancellation cut-off date. Any ticket cancellation requests received prior to or on Friday, 16 February 2024 will be provided a choice of a 50% refund issued, or a transfer to a livestream ticket for the same event. Ticket transfers to other people for in-person events can be arranged if you request this to the KCC office via email prior to the event.
