KEC runs from Good Friday morning to midday Monday, with both morning and evening sessions. Enjoy afternoons off with friends and family!
Our fantastic children’s programs run every morning from Friday to Monday. Junior & Senior High students enjoy a special ‘Pizza on the Plaza’ night on Sunday before joining the Adults program!

Check-in for programs begin at 8:30am for Primary and Junior High, and at 8:45am for Keenites, Pre-School, Infants and Senior High. All children’s programs run during the morning session only and finish at 12:15pm.
On Sunday night, Junior & Senior High get to enjoy Pizza on the Plaza – an optional, fun night just for students in this program where they can enjoy some dinner with their program leaders before joining the Adults Program with parents for the evening session.
For parents with children under 2 years, we are pleased to be providing an updated Parents and Bubs facility. Close to the main auditorium, the space will include lounges and live auditorium feed, nappy changing facilities, microwave, kettle, and a large kids play area. A small team will be available to assist with the play area so that you can enjoy the program, however we do note that parents will still be fully responsible for the care of their children in this facility. Registrations are free of charge for children in this age group — please add this as a separate ticket to your cart.
A Special Meal
Easter Sunday Night Dinner
Join us for a special Easter Sunday night dinner!
Get the family together and enjoy a hot, catered dinner and fellowship with other attendees. Adults and children of all ages are welcome to gather in the plaza before the evening program starts.
The Easter Sunday Night dinner is separately bookable from your conference ticket registration. For attendees who have booked accommodation onsite with StayKCC (not including camping) and volunteers staying onsite, this has been included in your booking.
Pricing:
Adults and children over 12 years: $22
Children (3-12 years): $17
Children under 3 are free.
